Informations: This bottling of an Eden Mill Single Malt, an original bottling from the distillery, was produced as a limited release in 2020. The whisky matured in ex-bourbon, ex-oloroso sherry, and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and was bottled in 800 bottles in 2020.

Distillery: Eden Mill: Eden Mill is a distillery in Guardbridge near St. Andrews which was founded in 2012 by Paul Miller. It is located on the site of a Seggie Distillery founded by William Haig in 1810 and has been producing small quantities of gin and whisky since 2014.
Country: Scotland: Scotland and Scotch whisky is a global trend, a development that has led to a flourishing whisky scene in Scotland. There is hardly a week that goes by in which there is no news about another new distillery being built or the reopening of a distillery that has been closed for a long time.

Scotland, together with Ireland, is today considered the motherland of whisky, whose roots there go back to around 1500 AD.
