Every bidder must first register on our site (registration) to be able to place a bid. Registration is free of charge and only necessary once. Please note our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

While an auction is taking place, open the page of the desired item and enter your bid amount. A bidding agent will assist you and automatically bid the necessary amount to become the highest bidder.
Please make sure of the condition and state of the items before placing a bid, as placing the highest bid accepts the offer presented.
You can monitor all your bids under the menu item MY ACCOUNT - Bids.
All auction dates can be found in our auction calendar under the menu item INFO.
The auctions end on Sunday from 20:00. If a bid is placed for an item in the last 10 minutes until the displayed time expires, the auction time for this item is extended by 10 minutes from the successful bidding.
The sales charge is 15% of the hammer price. In addition, we charge a flat packaging fee of € 5 per bottle for our special packaging. Information on shipping costs can be found here.
Please note that depending on the recipient country, additional taxes, customs duties and other fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.
After the auction has ended, you will receive an E-mail notification of your successful bids.
You can view all your bids under the menu item MY ACCOUNT - Bids.
Payment is made after successful auction end via the menu item MY ACCOUNT - Purchases.
For amounts up to 5000 € credit cards (VISA & Mastercard) can be used. For higher amounts, please use SEPA bank transfer.
The delivery time within Germany is 2 - 4 working days. Deliveries to other EU countries and the UK can take up to 14 days.
Shipping is to all EU countries, Great Britain, Switzerland and Lichtenstein. Since 28.04.2023 we also ship to: China, Hong Kong, Macau, India, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan as well as Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
You can collect your items from us by appointment and by presenting appropriate identification.
Please note that the flat rate packaging fee will still apply.
Items for self-collection will be held ready for collection free of charge for 14 days after the award of the contract.
