This bottling of a St. Kilian single malt was specially produced in honour of the metal band Judas Priest and the album Ram it down. The whisky matured in ex-bourbon and Amrican white oak casks and was bottled in 2023 as a limited edition of 1300 bottles.

As of 2017, there are already more than 150 distilleries in Germany producing German whisky. Most distilleries produce clear brandies and use whisky production as a niche and side business. Whisky output is at a very low level of sometimes only a few thousand bottles a year depending on the distillery.
