This single cask bottling of a 13-year-old Port Charlotte was produced by independent bottler Meadowside Blending from Glasgow as part of The Maltman series. The whisky was distilled in 2002, matured in an ex-sherry cask and bottled in 2016 in a limited edition of 256 bottles.

Port Charlotte or Lochindaal, as it was actually called in the past, was a distillery in the small town of Port Charlotte on Islay. It was founded in 1829 and closed again in 1929.
