This single cask bottling of a 25-year-old single malt from an unnamed distillery on the Isle of Islay was produced by the independent bottler North Star Spirits Ltd. of Glasgow as part of the Cask Series 027. The whisky was distilled in 2000, matured in a refill ex-Oloroso sherry hogshead and was bottled in 2026 in a run of 221 individually numbered bottles.
