This single cask bottling of a 12-year-old Jura single malt was produced by the independent bottler Douglas Laing as part of the Old Malt Cask series. The whisky was distilled in 2006, matured in an ex-sherry butt and bottled in 2018 in a run of 312 bottles.
The current distillery is located in Craighouse, was built from 1958 onwards and started operations in 1963. Legally, however, whisky has been distilled on Jura since 1810.
