Hibiki 21 Years Old, which has been on the market since 2016, is a super-premium blend of malt and grain whiskies from three Japanese distilleries. Before blending, the whiskies are aged for 21 years in old Japanese oak casks.

Japanese blend by Suntory with a high malt content, first bottled in 1989 for Suntorys 90th anniversary. The name Hibiki means 'harmony', the whisky is a soft, finely tuned blend. It contains malt whisky from Yamazaki and Hakushu, as well as grain whisky from Chita. The bottle has 24 facets (for the 24 Japanese seasons), the label is made of precious Echizem paper.
The whisky from Japan is like its makers. At first glance, reserved, respectful and polite. On closer inspection, however, enormously profound and multi-layered.
