This bottling of a gin was created by Renato “Tato” Giovannoni and is distilled in small batches of just 200 litres in a small copper still in the Argentinian highlands. Ingredients (botanicals) such as the classic juniper berries but also grapefruit, Argentinian mint, eucalyptus, coriander seeds and mate tea are used.
